    Robert was born in Warsaw in the early 70's. When he was only 8 years old he received his first camera. The world  of magical still pictures caught in photography was revealed to him. When he was growing up he used to record important moments and motives that were not always comprehensible for the world of adults. Today he is a commercial photographer.

    During his course at the Academy of Photography he met interesting people and at that time he got interested in old photography techniques, which took him back to the picturesque world of old photographs. In the world dominated by digital pictures, he found his place among old photography techniques. Painting-style qualities and variety of interpretation possibilities made the oil print technique his favourite one. He has been loyal to this old pictorial technique, which is the one he uses most willingly.
